Dyeing With Lilies....

i collected the petals from my lilies,
put them on some silk scraps,
tied it all around a stick
and let it soak for a week.
got some pretty pinks and oranges :)

Still Painting... i love this way of painting and slowly transforming the image one layer after another... i find that it takes courage... courage to try out things that you feel intuitively. and trust... trust that there are no mistakes. even when you think 'oh, i shouldn't have done that...' and patience......
